#1041 SOLD

This beautiful, 6-light, antique crystal gasolier (Victorian gaslight chandelier) dates, we believe, from about 1890. The rings of rose brass are lovely, especially those adorned with a stylish design that go well with the wonderful gascock handles. All but a couple of the many lead crystal, spearhead, Czechoslovakian prisms are original; they vary in height considerably due to their handmade nature; the bottom tier are huge, at 7″ long without a top bead! Clear-coated to retain its brilliant, polished finish. Currently offered with the period, hand shaped, deep etched floral design, double etched antique shades shown in two of the photographs including the one with black velvet inside the unlit shade, to show its design well. Cast brass shade holders appear to be new. 67″ long.
